Highlights for the month of February include:
- A Cambridge-based Cancer Immunotherapy sponsor client requested Gemini’s assistance in locating 2 FTE/Permanent hires for their Phase 2 study, a Senior Clinical Research Associate and a Clinical Trial Manager. Both candidates needed sponsor experience along with either oncology experience or a comparable, complex therapeutic background. Gemini secured candidates that met the criteria for both roles, each of whom began employment the 3rd week of February.
- A NYC-based sponsor client, with whom we have been working since May of 2017, needed a GCP Auditor to conduct 3 site audits in a 5 week period, with minimal lead time. We were able to secure the services of one of our existing, currently deployed auditors who agreed to adjust his travel schedule to help our client. All 3 audits will be completed on time!
- A Cambridge-based sponsor in the field of rare genetic disease reached out to Gemini to help with an immediate and urgent backfill for a recently departed Clinical Trial Coordinator to begin as a consultant. Our candidate brought with him both hospital and CRO experience as a coordinator, making this role a perfect next step in the progression of his career. Starting as a contractor through Gemini, he was quickly converted to a FTE/Permanent hire with our client at the end of the month.
- An Orange-County, CA-based CRO came to us for help in securing a FTE/Permanent Senior Clinical Project Manager. A referral from a CA-based sponsor client of ours, we began work with this CRO in Q4 of 2018. Our CA-based candidate was interviewed and hired within one week, bringing with her 9 years of PM experience in a CRO and sponsor setting.
