Clinical Operations

The Clinical Operations organization within a biotech/pharmaceutical/medical device company holds the overall responsibility of the designing, planning, executing and conducting of phases I-IV of the sponsor company’s clinical trials.

Clinical organizations are comprised of people with titles such as: Clinical Operations Director/Manager; Clinical Research Associate/Monitor; Clinical Project/Trial Manager; Clinical Trial Administrator/Coordinator; Clinical Program Manager.
